Client: Cansol is a Spanish company specializing in the development, construction, and maintenance of renewable energy facilities, particularly large-scale photovoltaic plants. Founded in 2011 and based in Granada, it has installed over 1.5 GW of solar capacity across Spain. The company operates its own engineering, EPC/BoS, and O&M divisions, offering full lifecycle expertise. Cansol is recognized for its scalable business model and strong presence in the national solar market.
Activities: SunGAP is supporting the Client in identifying the optimal technical solution for the construction of two photovoltaic plants – Vetralla and Lagosanto -with a total capacity of 8,5 MW. Sungap focuses on detailed engineering, covering all activities required by regional authorities during the authorization phase, including mitigation measures, hydraulic works, and civil engineering. The goal is to maximize revenue, minimize construction time, ensure the highest quality, and establish a new best practice in the utility-scale solar industry.
