Project: 25 MW detailed design Favella and Timpone.
Client: CMC Europe is the European business center of China National Machinery Import & Export Corporation (CMC), specializing in renewable energy. It manages operations in Italy, the UK, Hungary, and Spain, acting as developer, investor, EPC contractor, and asset manager. In 2020, it built a 100 MW solar plant in Hungary, one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe.
Activities: SunGAP is supporting the Client in identifying the optimal technical solution for the construction of two nearby photovoltaic plants—Favella and Timpone—with a total capacity of 25 MW. Sungap focuses on detailed engineering, covering all activities required by regional authorities during the authorization phase, including mitigation measures, hydraulic works, and civil engineering. The goal is to maximize revenue, minimize construction time, ensure the highest quality, and establish a new best practice in the utility-scale solar industry.
